My experience with preventative maintenance began 1,800 feet underground in the mines of Tennessee, working with large industrial motors and gearboxes in demanding operating environments.
In industrial operations, unexpected equipment failures can result in significant downtime, costly repairs, and operational disruptions. I learned firsthand the importance of identifying warning signs early, monitoring equipment conditions, and addressing concerns before they become major problems.

With a background in industrial operations, electrical sales and distribution, and construction sales I have been blessed with a unique perspective on both the technical and business sides of property maintenance. I'm passionate about helping property managers operate more efficiently, avoid unnecessary expenses, and stay ahead of maintenance concerns before they become costly disruptions.
